Moray & Agnew have advised Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative on its acquisition of a Primary Health Centre located at 24 Hopkins Road, Warrnambool VIC (also known as 10 Hopkins Road). This brand new state of the art healthcare facility is well positioned along the Hopkins River and is in close proximity to the centre of town.

Our Property & Development team assisted Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative in relation to securing an offer, reviewing and negotiating the contract, together with achieving settlement. The team was led by partner Briony Kerr with support from associate Nikolce Petrovski and conveyancing paralegal Lauren Buckby.
