Moray & Agnew has advised Access Health & Community (AccessHC) on its successful merger with Ranges Community Health t/a Inspiro (Inspiro). For more information see AccessHC’s news page here.

The merger involved a transfer of business, assets and property from Inspiro to AccessHC.

AccessHC and Inspiro have a shared purpose and values and a long track-record of collaboration. This strategic merger brings together two well-established not-for-profit community health organisations to enhance the delivery of health and wellbeing services across the East, North, and Northeast of Melbourne and the Yarra Ranges.

Moray & Agnew advised AccessHC on all aspects of the merger from due diligence to managing the transfer process and negotiation of ancillary commercial and property contracts.

The Moray & Agnew team was led by Phillip Grundy (Partner) and Emilie van Baalen (Senior Associate) and assisted by Julie Ngan (Special Counsel). Briony Kerr (Partner) and Nick Forrest (Associate) acted in relation to property and leasing matters and, Nick Duggal (Partner) and Georgia Steele (Associate) acted in relation to employment matters.
