ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Assisted in Grapes v AAI Limited [2024] QSC 267 and Grapes v AAI Limited [2025] QCA 60, which involved an application for an extension of the limitation period pursuant to s31(2) of the Limitation of Actions Act 1974 (Qld). The matter was successfully defended at first instance, with the decision upheld on appeal.
Caitlin provides advice on indemnity and liability exposure, assessment of quantum, investigations, rehabilitation matters and dispute resolution strategies, culminating in pragmatic and commercially minded progression of matters to resolution or through to further litigation.
