Feifei regularly acts for insurance organisations in a range of public and product liability, property damage, workers compensation, marine insurance and owners corporation matters. She also works with private clients on a range of commercial matters including product recalls, providing advice on compliance with ACCC requirements, representing clients in building and construction and professional indemnity matters.

Feifei has a passion in advocating for her clients, frequently representing clients at mediation, settlement conferences, appearing at direction hearings and instructing counsel at trial in a range of jurisdictions such as Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania.

She frequently acts in both recovery matters and defendant claims, predominantly with a focus on property damage.

Feifei’s unique experience in working with both insurance and private clients allows her to adopt a commercially minded approach to reaching early resolutions.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Feifei’s experience includes acting for clients in civil and criminal matters, whereby she regularly attends trial on circuit for WorkSafe prosecutions. She works closely with her international commercial clients to understand their business needs and to complete regular reporting requirements to the Australian and New Zealand regulators for product recalls.
