Moray & Agnew announces that from 1 July 2025 Ian Denham will assume the roles of National Managing Partner and NSW Managing Partner from Geoff Connellan who has been in these roles since 2018.
Ian has been a partner at Moray & Agnew since 2003 and a member of the firm’s National Executive which is responsible for the strategic direction of our firm. Ian is an experienced partner with almost three decades of experience as an insurance lawyer, specialising in professional indemnity and extending to a wide range of related areas including general liability, property and public liability.
Moray & Agnew has grown significantly under the stewardship of Geoff to a firm of 800 people, including 120 partners across seven offices
Geoff Connellan, who is retiring from the partnership in December 2025, says “I am proud of all that we have achieved in the last seven years as we have continued to expand on the services we provide to our clients, and the jurisdictions that we provide them from.
