Moray & Agnew’s Brisbane office is proud to announce the promotion of Elsbeth Reynolds and Angela Yates to partners.

Both experienced practitioners in our insurance group have been promoted from Special Counsel. Elsbeth has advised extensively on a range of professional indemnity matters and has been ranked in peer-reviewed Best Lawyers in Australia reports published annually by the Australian Financial Review since 2017. She has a particular focus on construction industry matters and has acted as coverage counsel for insurers.

Angela is a specialist insurance lawyer and litigator with over 18 years’ experience in insurance law. She has had extensive involvement in managing professional indemnity and public liability claims and regularly advises insurers on policy coverage.
