Tina specialises in estate and succession planning for high and ultra-high net worth clients in Australia. Tina also acts for corporate, local government and private sector clients in all areas of property law.

Tina excels in guiding her clients through the difficult process of ensuring that their wills and estate and succession planning affairs are dealt with comprehensively and compassionately to achieve their desired intentions in relation to their private wealth and/or business. She actively listens to her clients and provides personalised advice to create a bespoke estate plan that best aligns with their wishes.

Tina has represented individuals and companies on grants of representation, estate administration, and estate disputes, including family provision claims and the construction and interpretation of complex wills.

She is also well-versed in elder law and has advised on accommodation, superannuation and pension arrangements, as well as an Enduring Power of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardian, and aged care residency agreements.

Tina’s thoughtful, practical, and commercial advice has enabled her to rapidly grow and maintain a successful wills and estate practice.

Further, Tina has extensive experience in property law, advising on and managing commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, conducting due diligence, handling property developments (including subdivision and strata titling), and overseeing compulsory acquisitions for Local, State, and Federal authorities. She is also proficient in commercial, retail, and industrial leasing as well as finance transactions.

Tina’s experience in property law also includes advising and acting on commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence on acquisitions, property developments (including subdivision and strata titling), compulsory acquisitions for Local, State and Federal authorities as well as commercial, retail and industrial leasing.

Her clientele includes global companies as tenants, high-net-worth private corporations with substantial landholdings, real estate investment landlords and also Commonwealth and State Government departments on leasing matters (as both tenants and landlords).
