Mei has extensive experience in handling personal injury claims on behalf of CTP Insurers involving complex indemnity, liability, causation and medical issues, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and psychiatric injuries. She is also experienced with dealing matters involving minors and compensation to relatives claims.

Mei regularly prepares and manages matters before the Personal Injury Commission and the District Court of NSW. She also regularly appears on behalf of clients in various alternative dispute resolution forums, including informal settlement conferences and mediations.

Mei previously worked at a large plaintiff law firm that specialises in personal injury law, acting on behalf of plaintiffs. She has also spent over a decade working in-house at two large insurers in management and advocacy roles to provide strategic direction to achieve cost-effective claims management and resolution.
