Bronti’s experience includes acting for solicitors in complex negligence cases in in state and federal jurisdictions. She also assists with the resolution of a range of litigated disputes, including commercial, civil and corporations matters involving company directors, accountants, trustees, stockbrokers and financial advisors. She is also experienced in public liability and CTP claims in the ACT and NSW.

• Advising insurers on the legal aspects of different financial institution’s insurance contracts in the covering a range of risks, including management liability and directors’ and officers’ claims.
