  • Acted in the acquisition of a residential in St Leonards, Queensland with a $280 million re-sale price
  • Acted in the major greenfield residential land acquisition in Menangle, NSW with a $500 million development projection
  • Acted in the major greenfield residential land acquisition in Appin, NSW with a $350 million development projection
  • Acted in the major greenfield residential land acquisition in Wilton, NSW with a $200 million development projection
  • Acted for a major hotel land acquisition on the Gold Coast, QLD with a $200 million redevelopment projection
