Advised a subsidiary of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Limited (ASX:PWR) on its acquisition of the Ferrari Brisbane business and assets from Sime Darby Group.
Advised Hotglue on the sale of its business and assets to Havas Media Melbourne, a subsidiary of Havas SA.
Advised Curae Health Group on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Omni Dental and its associated Aesthetic Solutions Dental business.
Advised Findex on its acquisition of a Microsoft applications business from FiveP.
Advised Pelligra on its project participation agreements in relation to the development of a significant site in Fishermans Bend.
Advised H.A.G. Import Corporation, the creator of the Maxwell & Williams brand, on its branded product collaboration with Universal in relation to the release of the ‘Wicked’ movie.
Assisted Lightning Minerals Ltd (ASX:L1M), a mining exploration company, with its successful listing on the ASX.
Advised a not-for-profit healthcare services provider in relation to its proposed merger, by way of a business and asset purchase, with another not-for-profit organisation.
Drafted the Board Charter, Constitution and Conflict of Interest Policy for a prominent football club in relation to its successful application to participate in the National Second Tier.
Drafted various athlete Sponsorship Agreements for a major Australian activewear retailer as well as advising on the terms and conditions in relation to their collaborations with other brands.
Advised a major Australian FMCG retailer on its acquisition of a controlling interest in Instant Consult, a telehealth company.
Advised a reputable motor dealer group on its acquisition of a minority equity interest in a Toyota dealership.
