Courtney has over fifteen years’ experience working acting in a range of insurance and government matters across Australian and British Jurisdictions.

Since her admission, she has specialised in Insurance law, and has worked closely with insureds and private clients across many professional services and industries including certifiers, engineers, builders, construction specialists, real estate agents and media publications.

She regularly appears on behalf of clients at pre-trial conferences and mediations in the District Court, Supreme Court, and Magistrates Court of Western Australia.

• Defence of a defamation claim against a national peak body in the WA Supreme Court.
