• Extensive Changes Proposed to the NSW CTP Scheme - Almost five years since the introduction of the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017, significant changes have recently been proposed via the Motor Accident Injuries Amendment Bill 2022 and the Personal Injury Commission Amendment Bill 2022. The changes are reflective of a number of recommendations made following the statutory review of the scheme in 2021, and the subsequent report prepared by Clayton Utz and Deloitte.
