Lauren advises CTP insurers in a range of matters including complex liability, indemnity, causation, medical and economic loss issues, as well as claims brought by self-represented claimants, tutors and families of those involved in fatal accidents.

Lauren regularly prepares and manages matters before the Personal Injury Commission, District Court of NSW and Supreme Court of NSW. She also has experience in proceedings before the Court of Appeal and in High Court leave applications. She additionally works in the defence, management and finalisation of a variety of non-litigated matters.
