Madeleine has comprehensive experience in handling personal injury claims on behalf of insurers, having previously worked for several years as a law clerk in both small and large defendant law firms specialising in CTP insurance services prior to graduating from University. During that time, she worked alongside practising solicitors, partners of law firms, barristers and claims assessors in matters involving a range of motor vehicle accident claims.

Madeleine has developed a practice of complex and scheme significant matters, often involving fraud and unmeritorious claims leading to protracted interlocutory and contested hearings. She has become well known with her client insurers and the broader legal community for her tenacity and investigative skills.
