  Successfully varied freezing orders obtained by the bank against the client’s assets.

• International Assets Pty Ltd v Richard Rubin [2022] VSC 250

  Successfully obtained freezing orders against the assets and undertaking of an individual and companies associated with him in order to preserve its value whilst litigation took place.

• STNK and Commissioner of Taxation (Taxation) [2021] AATA 3399

  Successfully overturning an ATO assessment concerning sham trading in the gold industry

• DPP v Napoli and Squillacioti [2020] VCC 952

  Negotiating an excellent outcome for the accused in response to allegations concerning embezzlement of over $6M.
