Nigel has over 20 years’ experience in all types of litigation relating to personal injuries, property damage and subrogated recoveries. He is a recognised expert in dust diseases and also conducts substantial property damage recovery practices for a major telecommunication provider and others.

Nigel is recognised as a highly skilled advocate and negotiator with a common sense approach and a strong focus on alternative dispute resolution.

Nigel is also our Melbourne Pro Bono Partner and a member of our National Pro Bono Committee, having forged a strong relationship with the Inner Melbourne Community Legal Service and overseeing a free legal clinic staffed by the firm’s lawyers.
