Moray & Agnew proudly announces 14 senior promotions effective 1 January 2023. Two senior lawyers will join the partnership, nine are appointed to Special Counsel and three to Senior Associate.
We congratulate and welcome to the partnership Maureen Carrigan from our Brisbane team and Safa Jan from our Sydney team.
Maureen has over 15 years’ experience in handling personal injuries and CTP claims, as well as conducting insurance litigation. This includes significant experience in managing defendant CTP litigation both in Queensland and New South Wales. Maureen is focussed on ensuring her clients’ matters are brought to resolution as cost-effectively and expeditiously as possible, relying on her experience and thorough, but practical, approach to file management to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.
Safa’s key areas of practice are management of workers compensation and work injury damages claims within NSW. She has developed in-depth expertise and knowledge in this area of law and is highly regarded by her clients for her skilful conduct of litigation. Safa is dedicated to servicing clients and building long term relationships, which is highly regarded by her clients.
