Moray & Agnew have advised Pelligra on its acquisition of 85 Spring Street, Melbourne. The prized office building is strategically located at the entrance to Parliament railway station, near the ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street.
The team was led by partner Briony Kerr and special counsel John Darmanin, with support from special counsel Julie Ngan, associate Noweid Ali and lawyer James Lazari.
Partner Briony Kerr commented “It’s always a pleasure to work with Pelligra and this landmark deal is no exception. It’s great to know this significant building will now be in very capable hands for redevelopment.”
Special Counsel John Darmanin adds “We are pleased to have advised Pelligra on this transaction. This is another strong step in the broadening and diversification of its already-impressive property portfolio.”
