We are delighted to announce that Jacqueline Haski is joining Moray & Agnew as a Partner in our insurance practice. She is accompanied by her paralegal team Amy Reyes and Karen Jackson, and will work closely with our recently acquired Special Counsel, Caryn Ger who joined us in the second part of 2021 and Partner Philip Lederman.

Jacqueline comes to us from Wendy Blacker Lawyers (WBL). She has many years of litigation experience providing technical and commercial advice to a variety of insurers, corporate entities, public authorities and insureds on all claim related issues.

Jacqueline is a specialist in the management and defence of complex, media sensitive and high quantum general liability, abuse, professional indemnity, medical malpractice and fraud claims. She also has expertise in providing detailed coverage and indemnity advice as well as navigating multi-insurer arrangements, complex contractual and indemnity obligations between parties.
