Moray & Agnew welcomes Darren Marx to the firm as a Partner. Darren joins Partners David Gandolfo, Briony Kerr and Thomas Zilm in our well-regarded Victorian Property practice. This practice group has been ranked by preeminent legal directories Chambers and Legal 500 for a number of years.
Darren has over 26 years of experience in private legal practice, the majority of which has been as a partner. He has also worked in house so brings these insights to the advice he provides.
Darren advises on all aspects of property development, sales, acquisitions, and leasing, with a particular focus on leisure and hospitality, including hotels, pubs, gaming, restaurants, sporting clubs, resorts, and tourism projects. Known for his strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills, Darren provides strategic advice on high-value corporate transactions, property acquisitions and disposals, developments, and the operations of liquor and gaming venues.
