Toby has specialised in defendant personal injury litigation, particularly motor vehicle claims, since admission to practice in 1999.

Brooke is an experienced insurance litigator who specialises in ACT workers compensation claims as well as compulsory third party claims arising in both ACT and NSW jurisdictions.

Henrik’s focus has been exclusively in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Liability and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) for over ten years.

Felicity is an experienced insurance lawyer, and has worked for over 20 years in the fields of workers compensation and public and products liability.

Anna is a founding member of the Moray & Agnew Perth office, and has been practising in insurance law for the last decade.

Brenton joined Moray & Agnew in 2021 after 10 years with Kott Gunning’s Local Government, Commercial and Property Groups.
