Sarah is highly sought-after for her practical and timely expertise in building & construction, and commercial litigation.

Sean is a senior adjudicator under security of payment legislation in seven of Australia’s States and Territories, and has acted in more than 300 adjudications with amounts in dispute up to $100m.

Tina has expertise in a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, governance compliance and risk, competition issues and intellectual property.

Tina brings in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in property and corporate law. She is also rapidly growing a practice in estates law.

Anna is a founding member of the Moray & Agnew Perth office, and has been practising in insurance law for the last decade.

Brenton joined Moray & Agnew in 2021 after 10 years with Kott Gunning’s Local Government, Commercial and Property Groups.

Josh is a key member of our contracts and projects team, specialising in construction law and commercial dispute resolution.

Danielle was admitted to legal practice in 2014 and joined Moray & Agnew at in May 2023 as a senior associate.
