Tracy has worked for Moray & Agnew Perth since its inception in 2011, more than 10 years ago.

Phil is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Perth office. He has extensive experience in insurance litigation, especially in the areas of professional indemnity, product liability and public liability.

Ben specialises in Government and Administrative Law / Public Law. He advises government clients in relation to a range of policy, regulatory, legislation and litigation matters.

Emma acts in defence of professional indemnity and personal injury insurance claims and for employers and Government in workplace and industrial law matters.

Lauren is an experienced insurance litigator who has worked across numerous business lines in various jurisdictions, although she primarily practices in the ACT.

Philip joined Moray & Agnew in 2021 from Kott Gunning, and has extensive experience in local government issues and local government law.

Brenton joined Moray & Agnew in 2021 after 10 years with Kott Gunning’s Local Government, Commercial and Property Groups.

Victoria is an experienced litigator who works with insurer, private and government clients across a range of areas including public liability, workers compensation and employment law.

Danielle was admitted to legal practice in 2014 and joined Moray & Agnew at in May 2023 as a senior associate.

Narika manages various categories of litigated matters, with a focus on professional indemnity, public liability, and workers compensation claims.
