Tina has expertise in a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, governance compliance and risk, competition issues and intellectual property.

Joan’s insurance practice focuses on indemnity disputes, public liability, product liability and professional indemnity claims arising from diverse circumstances.

Kellie practises in conveyancing, environmental, planning, intellectual property and property development law.

Josh is a key member of our contracts and projects team, specialising in construction law and commercial dispute resolution.

As a member of our Pro Bono team, Alice is seconded full time to the University of Newcastle’s Legal Centre (UNLC) supervising students in the legal clinic.
