Tracy has worked for Moray & Agnew Perth since its inception in 2011, more than 10 years ago.

Phil is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Perth office. He has extensive experience in insurance litigation, especially in the areas of professional indemnity, product liability and public liability.

Prue joined Moray & Agnew as a graduate lawyer in January 2007. As a senior insurance lawyer, Prue provides advice and conducts litigation for Australia’s major insurers and self insurers.

Ben specialises in Government and Administrative Law / Public Law. He advises government clients in relation to a range of policy, regulatory, legislation and litigation matters.

Philip joined Moray & Agnew in 2021 from Kott Gunning, and has extensive experience in local government issues and local government law.

Anna is a founding member of the Moray & Agnew Perth office, and has been practising in insurance law for the last decade.

Brenton joined Moray & Agnew in 2021 after 10 years with Kott Gunning’s Local Government, Commercial and Property Groups.

Danielle was admitted to legal practice in 2014 and joined Moray & Agnew at in May 2023 as a senior associate.

Narika manages various categories of litigated matters, with a focus on professional indemnity, public liability, and workers compensation claims.
